The Inaugural Beach Rugby competition will be for men and woman aged over 18 and is a five a side modified game of rugby played under the laws of the International Rugby Board (IRB). Each game is competitive, high intensity and fun. Played over a ten minute time period, it is played in a similar format to sevens rugby.
