Misty Mountain Getaway in Dorrigo is your chance to immerse yourself in a range of patchwork workshops. With over 25 tutors from all over Australia, there is sure to be a number of patchwork workshops for you.
The Getaway is just that, Getaway to Dorrigo and create Reproduction Quilts, Japanese Traditions, The Art Quilt Process, Memory Journals, Rainforest Scenes, Needle Turn Appliqué, painting scenes with fabric and threads, Felting, just to name a few. Six classes per day, over six days.
Each year during the Getaway they focus on fundraising. The fundraising is for the local Hospital and all proceeds are handed over to the Ladies Auxiliary for them to purchase what they see is going to be of benefit.
