Explore guest reviews of bed and breakfast in Northern Territory
The staff were nice and my rating is not a reflection on them or management but you may know how difficult it is to get staff at the moment because of covid restrictions and staff were over worked and many undertrained...and service suffered and it was not the normal Crowne Plaza standard... I hasten to add that I believe this is the norm for most hotels n the Northern Territory at present.
Nice light rooms. Quiet location if you don't mind a walk into town (which I didn't mind)
The two bedroom cabin was not fancy, but it was certainly clean, practical and the beds were very comfortable (in one room it was a king size bed and the other were 2 singles - perfect for our family of 4). The facilities in the kitchen were good.
Being in the Northern Territory having good air con and ceiling fans made it very comfortable.
Advice regarding where to get food was excellent - and I can highly recommend the hotel/motel next door for a good meal.
We loved the seclusion of the little chalets. So cute hidden amongst the planting.
We also appreciated the friendly staff.
Breakfast was yum.
Everything was perfect.
Can't fault it
Its location is perfect, it has a kitchenette, the rooms are a generous size, and the pool is quite refreshing. The staff are helpful and very friendly. We loved the surrounding palm trees. In addition, a crew worked constantly to do repairs and clean in the early morning.
